# for those who don’t know the story reese bought the rights to gone girl fully expecting to play the amy dunne role # but when fincher came on he didn’t quite think she was right for it and casted rosamund # instead of crying about it reese stayed on as a producer and since she wasn’t amy she was able to take on the role of cheryl in wild # and now they’re both nominated for oscars # I think it’s great because the media loves to run stories about women having catfights and stupid things # when in reality most women in hollywood are incredibly supportive of each other # and all these great speeches at awards show confirm that (x)
